At QQ Nail Supply, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every professional beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused, unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
